I found the location very central. It is close to Oxford Road station and the city centre (a short walk). Staff members at reception were really top class and helpful. I appreciated their friendly approach.

The location was perfect. It was easy to reach many attractions. the room was a good size and contained a safe. the bed provided good comfort, and i slept very well. the staff were attentive, and i especially liked the drinks at the bar.
the toiletries provided were basic.

the hotel had great amenities. the bar offered a relaxed atmosphere for evening drinks, and it even had games for entertainment. personalised wooden toys were available for children, ensuring they had something to keep them occupied!!!

the staff demonstrated a high level of service throughout my stay. they were quick to arrange transport and were generally helpful with requests. the check-in process was smooth and efficient, i had no issues at all.

Acceptable Stay. Several Issues

The check-in process felt disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected. There was a strong odor in the hallway outside my room. The room itself was too warm. The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, and this made sleeping uncomfortable. The noise from the street was louder than I would have liked.

The room had sufficient space for three beds. I found the instant tea, coffee bags, and kettle useful. The hotel bistro and cafe showed live Premier League matches. The room and bath were clean.

The check-in process was a bit slow. i had to complete a qr code registration. my room was not in the main building. It was down the street in another building.
