central location friendly staff helpful approach
I found the location very central. It is close to Oxford Road station and the city centre (a short walk). Staff members at reception were really top class and helpful. I appreciated their friendly approach.

fantastic stay, was superb!
perfect location good-sized room bed comfort attentive staff
The location was perfect. It was easy to reach many attractions. the room was a good size and contained a safe. the bed provided good comfort, and i slept very well. the staff were attentive, and i especially liked the drinks at the bar.
the toiletries provided were basic.

the hotel had great amenities. the bar offered a relaxed atmosphere for evening drinks, and it even had games for entertainment. personalised wooden toys were available for children, ensuring they had something to keep them occupied!!!

the staff demonstrated a high level of service throughout my stay. they were quick to arrange transport and were generally helpful with requests. the check-in process was smooth and efficient, i had no issues at all.

central location helpful staff good waffles
The hotel's central location made it easy to get around the city. the staff were always ready to help with any questions i had. i especially loved the waffles. They were a delicious treat!

Acceptable Stay. Several Issues
long check-in malfunctioning air conditioning
The check-in process felt disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected. There was a strong odor in the hallway outside my room. The room itself was too warm. The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, and this made sleeping uncomfortable. The noise from the street was louder than I would have liked.

The room had sufficient space for three beds. I found the instant tea, coffee bags, and kettle useful. The hotel bistro and cafe showed live Premier League matches. The room and bath were clean.

helpful staff free tea clean room slow check-in qr registration separate building
the staff were very helpful . extra tea and milk were available for free. the rooms were clean and tidy (i always appreciate that).
The check-in process was a bit slow. i had to complete a qr code registration. my room was not in the main building. It was down the street in another building.
